hmms, went back to fairfield today for past vs present games, i din end up playing, cos they all look like they’ve got it settled. the team ended up playing all the past students, didn’t even see any present students on the field.

aly and i caught sight of a super cute girl. debating with alicia whether she’s present or past, well if she’s past, then she shud be at least 17, which is acceptable for me. else it’ll make me a pedophile.. but she’s so super cute, i guess that’s the last time i’ll see her then.. till the next past vs present. (shit! i shud have used my phone camera to take a snap of her.. hmm but wait im not that kind of person am i??)

its thursday already! (friday if you are anal about it) which means that my self declared holiday week is coming to an end. dont get me wrong, i still attend lectures, but in a switch off mode, well most ppl do it till before the exams anyway. its been quite mad since orientation, there’s so much things to do in hall, not necessary chores, but going outs and stuffs, meetings and settling money stuffs.

kindda miss the folks back in church, long time since i saw them (ok 2 weeks is long for me k) been spending so much time with the freshies (but they are really great bunch of ppl, just played soccer with them just now, and i dont usually play soccer in hall lor, abit lost face, played so badly)

hmms, that also means i havent been doing qt that often too, well its bad i know, and i havent attend cell for like 2 mths?? (when i can , yuen cannot, when he can, i cannot). ok gotta re-consider my position ready. should get out of the hall more often.

and mypicgallery is still taking a damn long time to upload my melbourne photos, sorry folks i think u gotta wait till christmas before u can see em.

well, thats really good advice really, especially when you are being tau pok. my chest still hurts from the tau pok i recieved during orientation when we got into a photo formation. i think if i saw the photos now, my face would be one of pure agony. alas, gotta go see the nice school doctor tmr.

finally, 6 days of orientation has passed, it’s definitely alot more hard work being a chief group leader than being a freshie participating. but the camp was alot more fun than last year’s i thought, more things to do, and also more tiring.

my freshies are great, very fun bunch, very siao on also,  by the end of the camp i was totally in the back seat and they took all the initiative, which is super good. now to pass on the baton to next year’s cgl.

the sian thing is, this year got no zhu rou to eat. usually every year each clan will win something, this year somehow pyrius like bao ka liao, abit frustrating and disgusting. where got clan so super on one, its like they chose all the right ppl. but nevermind i shall not sour grapes now since everything is over.

the bora bora beach bar boss is super friendly, gave us a free jug of beer and free potato chips too! must go support him more often! so glad everything is over ready, one whole year of sweat.. but abit bittersweet i guess..

ok lesson starts tmr, wah lau, 0830 somemore.. super sian ready . i think i juz really self fried myself by packing my mondays. i have 3 lectures in a row, then break 2 hr, then 3 tutorials in a row, then 2 hrs of minor.. such a great test for me. darn..

ok, camp has started, and im actually feeling quite off. i hope it doesnt show, else it’ll really ruin the morale of everybody. i dunno, just feel a sudden wave of depression rushing over me… i cant seem to pin point it to anything, isit because i’ve not been feeding my soul some Word? but i think i am truly tired now. yupps, tired in every sense of the word, in the literal sense and also the metaphorical sense. 5 more days to go… darn.. grant me enthusiasm..

 

the freshies are actually great, they really warmed up very fast and are very enthusiastic. if you’re wondering if there’s any chio ppl or any potential personally, i don’t think so.. they are just a great bunch of ppl, from day one lar..

 

yeah the best clan trophy is darn pressurising too.. i hate it when there’s actually something to show for result, and sometimes just take the fun out of everything because everybody’s caught up with winning. ok gotta remember its the bonds and not the winning..

 

one more thing, i hate it when the darn washing machine takes a whole damn hour to wash.. it means i cant sleep because i need to go collect my washing and the hang it.. i’m almost there, still got.. lets see.. 30 mins!

hey folks! firstly, gotta apologise, i think the previous post didn’t load up on the day i intended it to which is on sunday just before i left, well actually blame blogger! ok now to make you jealous…

this is essentially our 4th day here ready, so almost half done with the trip. the weather down here has been super nice.. cold and all, natural air con (sorry abit swa ku) but at least it beats the super hot weather back in spore aint it?? nice and cold nice and cold nice and cold nice and cold.. u sweating back home, sweating back home sweating back home… shit, i think my fingers juz froze up. i think i’d have a miserable day today, i wore the wrong pants, this one doest keep me warm at all…

yesterday was real artsy for us, brian and i absorbed so much art that i think we’d had our dosage of art for the whole trip, maybe even whole life… yeah and went greco’s with ruth. its some cake shop thingy, but u shud have seen the size of the cake, will show u photos when im back.

alright, will be planning a one day ski trip juz to soak up the experience. think we’d be snowboarding lar, hopefully we get the heck of it. however as our resources are running low, i don’t think there’ll be much souveneirs.. so ermmm i’ll bring back star burst gummies and lotsa of clip on koala bears (the curse of the the clip on roos and koalas) yeah, and no promise on the bears too!
