yes i like to visit the moon

but i dun think i like to live there

though i like to look down at the earth from above

i would miss all the places and people i love

jamie cooked some disgusting looking stuff today. it was for some scottish friend of he’s i think. but there was smoked salmon, and one can never go wrong with smoked salmon. caught laws of attraction in the afternoon, its actually quite a good show (max, certified safe to watch..) pierce brosnan and julian moore.. some love story set in the law environment scene.. and i hate to say this, although she looks darn old, she’s actually quite attractive. oh no, have i caught the stalliono disease of liking older women??

im actually very sleepy now, but it was quite a good day. anyway, im just thinking bout how we lack the grace to show forgiveness to ppl that come our way. even if we are not directly impacted, but we seem to thrive on bringing a person on a guilt trip. and that just sucks. yet He showed grace all the time, even to the unworthy. n that is why we are here today, u reading this blog, and me writing it. lovely..

so glad that today’s weather was fantastic, it was a nice chill and wasn’t humid (most important). gonna try to do some qt later.. have not been really consistent with that, and i dun think i shud do qt while having a vodka cranberry huh?? coz ‘ve got an urge to pour myself one.. but i shall restraint.

woke up just in time for jamie today, he cooked dinner for he’s band. he was demonstrating how cooking is really smililar to playing music, and how everything blends together. fanastic. next tuned in to extreme engineering (hmmms what can i say) and they were trying to design a super huge skyscraper called sky city, yeah, its a city in a city kind of concept,its always so interesting to see how they try to tackle all problems of mechanical and civil engineering. there wasnt anything fantastic on travel and adventure, was hoping to catch anthorny bourdain, but they seem to show it as and when the feel like it(i dun haf the cable tv guide).. dun really like the globe trekkers, unless ian wright is at the helm. hope they feature something melbourne soon!!

in other happenings, im back from bintan!! yep, took a short trip from friday till sunday.. here are some eventful happenings:

- being stung by a jellyfish for the first time…(wow!! im a man now!!)

- we paid 35 bux for snorkelling, it was fantastic (my 1st time) but ermm the rest prefer to spend that hour jumping off the boat

- taking banana boat ride twice, and flinging ourselves off becoz we’re too expert in hanging on.. and the boat men cant fling us off

- zoe being more proficient in jet ski-ing than me, i look like a wuss behind her.. sigh.. totally ashamed..

- adrian and hua hui’s stupidity behind the jet ski which landed yuen with a bad knee

- cheap seafood, wasnt THAT fantastic, but its an experience.. first time eating crab that taste like the black hacks sweet

- acting crazy in pasir oleh oleh which is some supermarket place.. as if we never saw snacks and drinks before

- crazy saturday night party where the dj cannot mix and the drinks are ex, plus ian dancing with an unidentified dancing wo/man.. but nevertheless, it was ok by their standards…

- bintang beer… best served with friends…
